Enjoying the SoCal weather this weekend, Miley Cyrus and her mom, Tish, were seen out and about in the Los Angeles area.  It has been rather nice here

But what is up with Miley’s arm?  Scratches?  Burns?  Bug Bites?  what happened? Maybe she just slept on her pokey necklaces.

Get better Miley.  Oh, and girl, your bra is showing.  You look like a hoochie.
