I don’t know how Gilles Marini’s sex hungry neighbor, Dante, would be returning for the Sex and the City Movie sequel. I mean, he lives in Malibu, and the movie is in NYC, unless there’s a book tour or something and Samantha joins Carrie out in LA.

But don’t let me be the wet blanket at this pool party. I’d love to see him back on the big screen.

OK! Magazine asked Gilles about returning to SATC.

“There’s a lot of talks. I’m not sure what’s going on yet. Only [SATC writer/director] Michael Patrick King will tell me the future in a phone call —‘What about this?’ And whatever he says, I will say, ‘What about YES?!’ I owe the movie a lot and I know there’s much more to the character to show to the people and we saw one side. We’ll see another and whatever he writes, if I am or not, I’m super proud to have been working with him.”

He even mentioned that he would be getting more lines if he was to return. That wouldn’t be too difficult to have MORE considering all her basically said is “I’m Dante” during his infamous shower scene.

“Lines will come naturally,” he explained. “For example, I did Nip/Tuck with Vanessa Redgrave recently. Playing opposite her was brilliant and yes, there was a lot of lines there. It was emotional and difficult. So, yes, lines are here and offers are here. I just have to show my performing side. I’m ready.”

Gilles adored working with Cattrall. “She’s very supportive. During very difficult scenes, she’s there to tell you, ‘Dude, I went through it, and you can make the best out of it. Keep the attitude. You’re going to make that character phenomenal.’ I went, what? Whoa! She’s so far away from this character, Samantha, when you talk to her. She’s the nicest, most calm, peaceful person.”

So he’s really into the idea of his character Dante coming back to seduce Samantha, right? “Hell yes!” Gilles said.

HELL YES! I think most of us would like to see more of Dante. I mean, more time on the screen. There’s no way we could see MORE of Gilles Marini. I think they should show more of his sweet side, but that’s just me. I’m a big softy.

Making the final push in the world wide promotional tour for X-men Origins: Wolverine, Hugh Jackman was honored by getting his hand and footprints in cement at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, California. Hugh’s family, kids Oscar Jackman, Ava Jackman, and wife Deborra-Lee Furness, was there as well, but little Oscar didn’t seem to be enjoying himself. Jay Leno also made an appearance, was he the MC?

How fun would that be to put your hands in cement for everyone to see? There have been a few occasions where I have gone to Grauman’s to see movies and of course we try to find our favorite actor’s prints to see how we measure up. Hint: they are all a lot tinier than you would imagine!

Justin Timberlake’s new action game show “The Phone” premieres tonight at 10pm ET/PT on MTV. We were able to get a few pics of the Red Carpet of the premier above. Ashley Tisdale, J C Chasez, Jeff Probst, and Justin Timberlake were just a few who attended.

If you haven’t heard anything about the show… here’s the rundown…

Each week, the lives of four unwitting strangers are interrupted and changed forever by a phone call where a mysterious voice invites them to participate in the game. If they choose yes by pressing “one” on their cell phones, the now new contestants begin to trigger dangerous events that propel them into their adventure and the chance to win up to $50,000.

The mysterious voice pairs the contestants up into two teams and instructs them to follow a movie-like drama that leads them through a series of mental and physical challenges from hanging off the edge of Seattle’s Space Needle to racing into a burning building to save a man’s life. The player’s loyalty, courage and morality are tested and their true nature is exposed when a surprise and shocking twist is revealed at the end of the game.

After having a huge successful show, Will and Grace, it seems that Debra Messing is still looking for her new niche. The Starter Wife was good as a mini-series, but the series, was not so funny. Sorry.

Good news though, is that Debra may have a new show! YAY!

The 40-year-old beauty has just inked a deal to develop a script for a new sitcom that will be filmed in and around Manhattan. In a straight-from-the-headlines story, Debra will star as a former CEO forced into being a stay-at-home mom by the faltering economy.

And one source close to the show tells OK! you can definitely expect to see her old Will & Grace co-stars popping up on occasional guest spots!

Hmm it sounds a little like Brooke Shield’s role in Lipstick Jungle. Debra Messing would do well at this I’m sure. She does ‘breakdown mode’ quite well.
