Dancing with the stars claims it’s fair share of people through injury. The latest being Gilles Marini and his um, his, groin. No! Not our precious Gilles Marini! (Gilles played Samantha’s sexy neighbor, Dante, in the Sex and the City movie)
Actor Gilles Marini sought medical treatment after feeling pain in his groin area at rehearsal on Friday afternoon, his rep confirms to PEOPLE.
Marini, 33, sought medical treatment and his rep says doctors determined the actor has tendonitis in his groin and shoulder.
Despite the setback, “We’re pretty confident he’ll be fine for premiere night,” his rep Jana Davidoff tells People.com. “He’s in great shape. He’ll be fine.”
Oh thank gawd he will be ok. I’d hate to think that Gilles would be out of commission before the show even began! Honestly, I don’t watch DWTS, but will if GIlles is on.
