I do believe that Meryl Streep winning Best Actress in a Drama was my FAVORITE moment last night. She was gracious, FUNNY, and took advantage of her standing in the acting community. You could see that she was expecting either Anne Hathaway, or Kate Winslet to win in the category. She was genuinely surprised. Or maybe she’s just that good of an actress.

YAY!!!  I was torn between Hugh Laurie and Jon Hamm last night as to who I wanted to win the SAG award for best male lead in a drama.  I’d have been happy either way.   But at least Hugh was cordial and funny while accepting the award.

He seemed a little surprised, but I’m sure he really wanted to win.

The Sceen Actors’ Guild Awards were last night, and the stars brought out a different fashion than they did for the Golden Globes!!!  I lave Anne Hathaway’s white dress, and Freida Pinto’s beautiful flowing blue gown.
