Showing the young pups who’s boss (giggle) Clint Eastwood’s “Gran Torino” took the top spot at the box office this weekend making $29 Million. This is the best opening ever for Clint Eastwood, who starred AND directed the film.
In what Eastwood, 78, has said may be his last starring performance, he plays a disgruntled Korean War veteran who reluctantly comes to the aid of his immigrant neighbors.
Former top dog (I crack myself up) Marley and Me moved down to the the 4th spot. Bride Wars came in second.
yay Clint!
