I hate Christmas gifts. I have to admit that. I have a little home, and nowhere to put anything… So I don’t like having to find where to put new things. And, I’m a big softy to be honest.
If you are looking to do something different with your gifts, and your friends and family don’t need anything, help those that can use some help!!!
Oxfam America Unwrapped is a favorite of celebs like Sex and the City’s Kristin Davis and Minnie Driver.
Minnie says she’s giving her friends camels this year.
“I don’t want to be cluttering people’s already-filled cupboards with more socks and scarves and rubbish,” she said, adding that giving a camel through Oxfam America Unwrapped is a great alternative because it’s something that the recipient doesn’t have to see, but they know it’s doing good.
Then there’s Heifer International. Very similar to OXFAM where you can buy animals for those who need a little extra help. I like buying the bee hives… I wonder why?!
