What?!?! So it seems that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s wedding in Mexico may not be legally binding in the USA. Nice!!!
OK! Magazine, while slamming US Magazine’s cover of Heidi and Spencer’s wedding, had a few not so sweet things to say for the happy couple.
the notoriously fame-hungry couple had neither obtained a marriage license nor taken part in a separate civil ceremony, which is required by Mexican law to make the union binding.
Nice… But who really cares. Believe it or not, I think she really likes that big lug. And who am I to say they’re a poor fit? I mean, I’m a cold heart and all, but she seems sweet. 
In his own defense, Spencer had THIS to say in US Magazine
Adds Pratt, “Like other elopements that happen outside the country, we’ll take care of the legal details when we get home.”
