People is announcing that Halle Berry and Gabriel Audry have welcomed their baby girl as of Sunday morning!!! Her rep says she is “doing great” but there is no word on the name of the little girl.

File this under: DUH! TMZ s reporting that the restraining order (read it here) against Osama Lutfi is being extended for another 30 days! YAY!!!!

Sources tell TMZ there was a meeting between Lutfi and the conservators last week. Lutfi had been locked and loaded to fight any extension — so it appears something that happened during that meeting changed his mind.

Gee what could have changed his mind? I really hope they didn’t pay this pile of poopie. What I really hope is that something came of the investigation into someone robbing Britney Spears’ home, or possibly his drugging her. Not that HE did either of those things… that would be presumptive.

That’s what I hope.

Good lord, I just have to get this one out of the way this morning. Are we being “POP FICTIONED”, are they talking about how to avoid public attention, are they planning my birthday party???

OK! is reporting that little Britney Spears “snuck” out of her house to have dinner with none other than Mel Gibson!!! What?!

Could the two have been discussing an upcoming project? “It’s unlikely that they were talking about working together on anything specific,” an industry insider tells OK!. “Although Mel has used a lot of inexperienced actors in his last two films.”

OK! goes on to say that the connection is that Mel and Britney’s dad, Jamie, share the same lawyer. Mel MAY have been giving her a pep talk, or guidance on how to get her image back.

I still say they’re working on my birthday… it’s coming up!! I like cupcakes you two!!!
