DANG!!! TMZ is running a story saying that this pic above, is from Kat Von D to her former boss Ami on Miami Ink! (Disclaimer, I don’t know who to believe, but it sucks either way…. Please read the whole post to get Kat’s point of view)

Now here’s the story.

It seems that when Kat Von D was FIRED from the tattoo parlor she was working at in Miami to go back to LA, Kat gave Ami James this pic autographed especially for him with a burning Star of David and a swastika.

It seems that Ami went to TLC with the pic, and nothing was really done about it. And that’s what pissed him off. He says that he had handwriting on the pic analyzed they said “there is a 99% probability that Kat Von D”.

When contacted about the photo, Ami told TMZ he wasn’t as offended by the photo as he was by the indifference toward it, saying, “What is more devastating to me, and much more shameful is when people ignore something like this for the sake of the money or self-interest. That is the real ‘punch in the gut.’”

TLC says they took the appropriate steps and that there was no prof Kat had done this.

Kat’s publicist says
“The recent accusation of a publicity photo of me with offensive and anti-semitic comments and graphics allegedly written by me is completely false and unfounded, and clearly a forgery. This was already proven many months ago to be 100 percent untrue. I always have been, and will continue to be an advocate for tolerance of all races, religions and ways of life.”

NOW! Kat Von D is not going to take this lying down… So she did what any of us would do and typed out one heck of a response on her MYSPACE account.

It’s FASHION WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh to be in NYC right now with time off, and some tickets to some of the shows. How do we do that? HOW DO WE GET TICKETS???? Someone needs to tell me.

Project Runway host and producer Heidi Klum was at the tents today to judge the finalist for season 4. YAY HEIDI!!!! And look who she ran into, Season 3 Winner Jeffrey Sebelia. I wonder if he ever did anything besides break up with his girlfriend… I’m sorry, I only say that because he played the card during the show. Because, I could care less about his fashion.

Guest Judge Victoria Beckham also joined in with Heidi Klum and Michael Kors. And look who’s back stage, Tim Gunn. He always looks like the cat who ate the canary. hm, tasty.

Well now!! It’s been rumored that Jesse Metcalfe is kind of a, how do I put this, a member of generation douchebag.

TMZ caught this on tape last night. It seems that Jesse (you know, the gardener from Desperate Housewives) was saying something to actress Taryn Manning, and her friend didn’t like it one bit. He goes up and sends Jesse to the ground.

There’s obviously some editing done, so I wonder what we missed!!!

Oh! My friends are gonna be so pissed they missed her by a few months!!! Angelina Jolie, last seen leaving LAX to Jordan, was in the Green Zone in Baghdad Iraq. I think the best thing she did was met with some of the marines.

Miss Jolie also met with U.S. Gen. David Petraeus about the refugee issue in the area.

A goodwill ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, Angelina believes there isn’t a “real coherent plan” to help the 2 million “very, very vulnerable” displaced citizens.

“There’s lots of goodwill. Lots of discussion, but there seems to be a lot of talk at the moment, and a lot of pieces that need to be put together,” she says. “I’m trying to figure out what they are.”

She continues, “How Iraq settles in the years to come is going to affect the entire Middle East. It’s in our best interest to address a humanitarian crisis on this scale because displacement can lead to a lot of instability and aggression.”
