I thought that Victoria Beckham moved to L.A. with her husband David Beckham so he could play soccer. Hmmm… maybe it’s just during the season. Are the Spice Girls still doing shows in the UK??
Here we have the lovely Posh leaving a restaurant in Manchester City centre with her sons Romeo and Brooklyn. I’m sure the two little lads ate more at dinner than mom did all day!!
But she does look fabulous. I’m surprised she’s not in Paris for Fashion week.

The tiny “HERO” Hayden Panettiere made her appearance at the Pepsi Stuff” Music and More Launch Party yesterday. This must be easier to do now that most filming is halting.

LAS VEGAS — A spectacular fire is raging atop the landmark Monte Carlo Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas strip, consuming large portions of the complex’s top floors and sending plumes of thick black smoke into the air.
Fire crews on top of the 3,000-room hotel at 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. S.are trying to contain the blaze, which broke out shortly after 11 a.m.
Four workers are trapped on the roof. There is no word yet on what happened to them.
Three hotels have been evacuated — New York, New York; MGM and City Center.
The blaze began at the top of the hotel and has spread down into four different parts, including the roof, top corner and a couple of floors down. There are 32 floors and about 3,000 people staying at the hotel, which is owned by MGM Mirage.
Guests were spotted looking out of hotel windows, and guests were gambling up until a recent evacuation.
Guests who are attempting to check in are being turned away.
Debris is falling from the blaze, and it is catching other parts of the hotel on fire.

Ever the philanthropist, Dita von Teese made an appearance and it looks like a speech at the at Sidaction Diner de la mode 2008 during Paris Fashion Week yesterday. From the pictures I’ve seen, it looks like this was another AIDS fundraiser. She’s always doing things like that.

While big Daddy Ben Affleck was looking at houses, Violet Affleck took her mom, Jennifer Garner, to visit some friends in Pacific Palisades, CA. I’m sure Violet was wondering where her fresh strawberries were. She does have a rider and when it’s not filled, you don’t want to be around.

So Annie Lebowitz has been doing some image makeover work for Disney, and here are the newest in the series. If you remember, this is the series that had David Beckham as Prince Charming from Sleeping Beauty, and Scarlett Johansson as Cinderella (to see pics click here).
But this new series, is, well, kinda lack luster. I mean, Jennifer Lopez as princess Jasmine? Really? Is this a joke? And Marc Anthony as Aladdin? Don’t even get me started on Jessica Biel as Pocahontas.
Whoopie Goldberg is the new Genie… They should have just brought back Robin Williams.
I do love Tina Fey as Tinkerbell though. That exacerbated look on her face says it all. I mean, I LOVE Mikhail Baryshnikov, but as the ever young Peter Pan? Not so much. Gisele Bundchen is a very grown up Wendy.
So what do you all think? I like the previous series more… but at least I get to see Mikhail again, even if it is Peter Pan.
