With the hearing slated to start at 9:30am PT, Britney had still not left her house in the nearby gated community of The Summit. However, around 9am one police car was spotted heading through The Summit’s gates, though it is impossible to say for certain it had anything to do with the Britney situation.
Meanwhile, Kevin Federline and his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan are in the courtroom, which was cleared immediately as the hearing began.
