We’re told Jamie and mom did not want money, but OK! has agreed to pay $1 million to the younger Spears for a photo shoot when the child is born. Why so little when others have commanded several million? We’re told it’s because Jamie Lynn is not an international star and it’s not worth it to the mag to pay big bucks for something they can’t sell overseas.
Another interesting note: We hear Jamie is further along than the 12 weeks she says in the mag’s article. Expect a spring baby.

This is what we call, “damage control”. People magazine is reporting that Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, is “adored” by her parents. (I’m sure her daddy just wants to kill him though).
“He took amazing care of Jamie Lynn,” a source close to the family tells PEOPLE. “Anything ever went wrong, he always comforted her. He took care of her.”
“Jaime talks about how he really likes Casey because he’s a great guy,” the Spears family source says. “Lynne really likes him, too. He’s a good kid, cares a lot about Jamie Lynn. They both adore Casey.”
I wonder what they think about him now?

It seems that Kevin Federline knew that Jamie Lynn Spears was pregnant BEFORE her sister, Britney Spears. Uhoh.
“Kevin knew before Britney that Jamie Lynn is pregnant,” a Federline family insider told PageSix.com. “In fact, Britney’s [somewhat estranged] mom Lynne, [who has become tight with Kevin in the wake of her troubles with her daughter and grandchildren], told Kevin about it on Monday, [December 17], because Lynne wanted Kevin to be prepared when Britney found out.”
But, I don’t disagree with them telling Kevin considering Britney’s state of mind. But they should have told Britney before they told OK! Magazine.

Christina Ricci was in Tokyo Japan to promote her movie “Penelope”.
I really don’t know what the pig has to do with anything… but it’s rather cute.
Last week Hilary Swank came out in W Magazine and talked about all the supplements she takes each day.
“This is my Aloe C, which I dissolve in water,” she says in the mag’s January issue. “Here’s my flax. This one’s for my immune system, and this one is my BrainWave — it’s great, like if I have a lot of lines to memorize. I just took my most important ones, which are my Oz Garcia Longevity Pak. I shoved them in my mouth right before I met you, which I actually shouldn’t do, because I choked on my vitamins once before.”
But she wasn’t too happy that W didnt explain why she was taking all of them. SPLASH news says that it was for her HAIR which she was growing out to donate (on the OPRAH show). How sweet.
Hilary Swank expressed her disappointment today, on the British show GMTV, that the real reason for her taking 45 supplements a day was never raised by the media.
The stunning star, who glowed in a short red dress, went on further to add that the reason she was taking so many pills was because she had been growing her hair for a Cancer charity.
I don’t think it really matters. That is A LOT of supplements. But I guess when you restrict your calories you need to get nutrients somehow.
