I’m sure that today, Eva Longoria, is a happy woman. Jamie Lynn Spears has taken Tony Parker off the front page of every blog.

And to satisfy being somewhat balanced and reliable around here. I thought I would post the statement by Tony’s lawyer.

The statement written by attorney, Stanton “Larry” Stein of the firm Dreier Stein & Kahan reads: “Tony adamantly and unconditionally denies ever having laid eyes on this woman, let alone having had an affair with her,” says the attorney. “The allegations of the supposed affair are entirely false and fabricated.”

You know that the girl should have taken pics for anyone to really believe her. Not that I would want to see that… ever… ewww.

The Sun is announcing that the “Smile” singer is expecting.

The 22-year-old singer found she was expecting last month, but has only revealed the news to close family.

She and CHEMICAL BROTHER boyfriend ED SIMONS, 37, are delighted.

A source close to the singer said: “Lily is thrilled to be pregnant and can’t wait to become a mum. She’s a real family person.

“Ed’s very happy. He is really looking after her.”

I just can’t handle this any more….. I should just go to sleep….

Ok here’s the scoop… Little Jamie Lynn Spears has sold her story to OK! along with her mother. Her boyfriend is 19!!! and was apparently LIVING WITH JAMIE LYNN!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Who lets their 16 year old live with her BOYFRIEND?!?!?

What a mess!

Here’s what is reported to be in the story:

“It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected,” Jamie Lynn Spears exlu$sively tells the new issue of OK! magazine about her surprise pregnancy. “I was in complete and total shock and so was he.”

He being her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge. [19]

Little Jamie Lynn is 12 weeks pregnant and initially kept the news to herself when she learned of the pregnancy from an at-home test and subsequent doctor visit.

“As soon as I found out for sure from the doctor, I took two weeks to myself where I didn’t tell anybody,” she says. “Only one of my friends knew because I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone’s opinion affect my decision. Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me.”

Jamie Lynn told momma Spears, Lynne, just before Thanksgiving, the magazine reports.

“She was very upset because it wasn’t what she expected at all,” Spears says. “A week after, she had time to cope with it and became very supportive.”

Lynne Spears tells OK!: “I didn’t believe it because Jamie Lynn’s always been so conscientious. She’s never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby.”

What message does the sixteen year old Spears want to send to other teens about premarital sex?

“I definitely don’t think it’s something you should do; it’s better to wait,” she says. “But I can’t be judgmental because it’s a position I put myself in.”

Unlike Britney, Jamie Lynn says she plans to raise the… baby in her home state of Louisiana — “so it can have a normal family life.”

E! online has this statement from Nickelodeon *the channel that airs her show “Zoey 101″

“We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation,” the network said in response to reports about a possible Spears sibling pregnancy. “We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being.”

Wow, so it wasn’t Britney that was preggers afterall! It was her 16 year old sister! Britney’s going to be an aunt!!!!!!!! I wonder if she’s giving Jamie pointers on how to balance a Frappacino and a baby all while driving.

After voluntarily going to the police for questioning today (which includes the person being question being booked) Amy Winehouse has been released.

Winehouse’s U.S. rep tells PEOPLE: “I can confirm that she did go in voluntarily to be interviewed and was placed under arrest, as is common practice in the U.K., before being questioned.”

The singer was released after being questioned, her rep says…

Winehouse was forced to give fingerprints and a saliva swab to police. “Any person arrested is required to give both DNA and fingerprints,” says the spokeswoman.

Thank goodness she didn’t stay! I was talking to someone about what a pain it would be for Amy to detox in jail! Could you imagine going cold turkey off coke and H?!?! I mean, if she did any of that…. heehee. I’d HATE to be her cell mate!

“Her husband has been charged with grievous bodily harm against a pub landlord. He was then further charged with perverting the course of justice.

“It had been speculated that police might have an interest in any allegation about his wife’s potential involvement.”

They arrested her in speculation that she may have been involved in the bribery. Where else would he have gotten the money?
