TADA! Everyone’s favorite tattooed lady Kat Von D made an appearance at the grand opening of Burton snowboards and channel islands surfboards flagship store in Los Angeles last night. Does she snow board? She should totally do her own line of snowboard designs… COOL!

Wow, Umm… so. Drea De Matteo had her baby girl Wednesday night. This is the first baby for Drea and her boyfriend Shooter Jennings (son of country singer Waylon Jennings).

The best part, is the name!!!

So ya’ll know that INTOUCH is reporting that J. R. Rotem confirmed that Britney Spears is pregnant with his baby.

Since then, Sam Lufti, and J. R. Rotem have both denied that Britney was pregnant at all, let alone with with J.R.’s baby.

BUT!!!! INTOUCH has since released these photos of the emails sent back and forth from JR to INTOUCH…. ooooooooh!!!

IN TOUCH: They are saying Britney’s pregnant and you’re the father…

JR:It’s true

IN TOUCH: OK, awesome. Do u think Britney will keep it? She’s already talking about it to people

JR: No clue on what she will do. She is unpredictable.

ug…I thought we were done with Dancing with the Stars and Marie Osmond!!!

I know it’s the holiday “buy all sorts of crappy gifts that no one really wants to get in the first place presents” season but was this necessary?

I don’t really like dolls to begin with, so the fact this woman has a whole line of little girl dolls that she sells on QVC, kinda makes me feel icky. And they all look just like her!!!!!! Even more creepy.

The limited collection will include dolls dressed in the same costumes [Marie] Osmond wore on the show—the Boogie Woogie doll, the Paso Doble doll, the Quickstep doll and the (controversial) season finale Freestyle doll.

The first two dolls in the collection—the samba doll (a.k.a. the fainting doll) and the fox trot doll—sold out in eight minutes on QVC during an earlier auction.

SOLD OUT!!! That means that there are other people that collect dolls. Ok not just collect dolls but dolls that look like Marie Osmond!!! They just creep me out, like Chuckie!

Katherine Heigl sure has been taking it easy lately due to the writers’ strike. She doesn’t seem too upset about it though. Maybe it has to do with her owning a production company and having a movie “27 dresses” coming out soon.

And why do they ask actors their opinions on the writers’ strike?

When asked as she was leaving if she knew anything about the writers strike she joked: “nobody tells me anything” and then: “no one cares what I think anyway.”

Good for you girl for not getting in the middle of it. That’s someone who knows how NOT to get into a pickle.

She needs to stop smoking though.

Well we can all sleep now. There’s been more Britney Spears pregnancy denial. This time from the supposed baby-daddy J. R. Rotem.

Music producer J.R. Rotem denied a rumor that Britney Spears is having his child.

He tells PEOPLE: “There is absolutely no truth to this.”

Good grief. At least people are coming out to say something about her. That’s not bad.

I think.

AND! In more of this baby news…. Britney’s thinking about suing INTOUCH due to the article.

“She’s thinking about suing,” explains the pal. “She’s so mad. She’s worked so hard at being a working mom and resolving legal issues. To have such a messed up lie come out like this now really angers her. She is serious about wanting to sue.”

She may have a case!
