Ok, so that police raid on Amy Winehouse’s home really wasn’t about drugs. It wasn’t even about her! The Sun says that it was her husband Blake Fielder-Civil being charged with “perverting justice” in a trial-fixing plot.
Police had been tipped off about an alleged plot to stop a trial involving assault charges.
They are probing allegations that £200,000 would have been paid to a key witness to stay away from the case and refuse to give evidence.
Poor Amy was heard screaming “Baby, I love you” as they took him away.
DANG!!! I see this sort of things on Law and Order, but in real life?! Paying off a witness? That’s some heavy stuff. Get far away Amy!!!!
