You know, Amy Winehouse obviously has issues with alcohol and drug use. Along with her new hubby Blake Fielder-Civil. But it seems that Blake’s parents have a fantastic idea: BOYCOT AMY! Yes that’s right. The gravy train is going to end for Blake if his parents have their way.
But why am I so harsh on these two in-laws? Well, it seems that though they SAY they want both Amy and Blake to get better, their actions speak differently.
Amy’s dad Mitch had this to say about what happened when Amy was released from the hospital a few weeks ago
“We have had medical advice, but the facts are very, very simple – the day after they came out of the facility we had a meeting with the GPs, specialists in dependency issues and eating disorders.”
However Mitch said that Giles and Georgette Fielder-Civil had not fully support that attempt.
“Giles and Georgette [Blake's parents] were due to come to that meeting but they chose to go fro a drink in the pub with Amy and Blake,” he claimed. “We have two families pulling in different directions. We want our children to be safe, but we have different definitions of how we can do that.”
Nice. Get better dear, but have this drink first.
